WAZE app troubles….

Any one use WAZE, the app for getting around the road network.
Ok , so it works in my work truck, Ford , but go to connect into the Crafter, , the map remains , but the lovely voice disappears as to where I should be going.
Any gurus out there know the answer, as watching a screen for directions is not safe

Can’t help a lot except to say mine does this occasionally. It is random and seems to be OK if I stop and restart the journey on Waze.

Also have a 2022 GTI as well and it does the same.

Maybe I ought to reinstall and try again.

I think it is a more general Waze/CarPlay thing. No doubt there will be an update to fix this.

Have you looked at the Settings in Waze, you can select the sound output. Mine is set as Default.
