Double Door Conversion LWB

Hi looking at a LWB Crafter for sale, that is double side door (LHS and RHS) Has anyone experience in converting a double side door van?
im looking at the usual conversion layout on the right hand side of the can - double RIB seat, shower/toilet cubicle and small cupboard before the bed
maybe if we shut the right hand side door and never open it?
