Rear belted seats - what options?

@rod_vw like your option for the rear seat. Curious, is the frame under the seat custom as well? I'm keen to do similar but I want to be able to rotate the seat 90 legs, with potential of having a rib seat added so it folds out into the van toward the door.

@Mupp3tt the rear seat is mounted on a very substantial box section frame which in turn is bolted through the floor with reinforcing below. The Truma 4E is mounted below the seat with the exhaust through the side of the van in that location and heat outlets forwards, backwards towards the centre of the van and into the shower pod.
I'm having the seat moved to be as close to the side of the van as possible to give about 50mm more gap between the seat and the kitchen unit, this will involve changing the mounting structure. Doing that will mean that the seating width is a bit cramped for two passengers but that will be a very rare occurrence in our usage.

Going to jump in on this old post and see if anyon has any thoughts on Caravelle/multivan second row seats and rails in a crafter? has anyone got any advise/ input?

OK, things have obviously progressed here and my conversion is complete but there are and always will be little tweaks to do. When the almost new Crafter double was fitted in the back it was devoid of seat belt receivers for either side. During the build a second belt was fitted in the centre of the rear of the seat and two basic receivers fitted.
However as the seat was almost new it had seatbelt warning contacts in the squabs which I would like to activate by connecting via the receivers and then to the front passenger's seat. I had the wiring from back to front installed at the time that the van was built.

Up to now I cannot find a pair of after market receivers with contacts that are short enough to be useful so I'm asking for the dimension of VW / MAN originals. The measurement that I am looking for is as per the '?' on the drawing below if anyone can help please.

If these will work OK then I will be off to my MAN dealer for them to replace those ringed in the picture below.
