Dashboard brightness

Hi does anyone have any ideas why the dash cluster is very dim when I turn the key on and drive the vehicle but when I take the key out open and shut the door it goes to correct brightness… I’ve checked the setting in the info system and it’s set to very bright

Did you find out what caused this? Having the same issue.
