Steering Angle Sensor

I think the steering angle sensor on my 2019 Crafter is playing up. Anyone able to tell me it’s location - rack or behind steering wheel?

Never seen one or had a play on a crafter but id imagine its the same as most vehicles and sits on the steering column behind the steering wheel

Workshop Manual Crafter 2017 ➤ Running gear, axles, steering mentions the following:

4.1 Removing and installing steering angle sender - G85-​

Note​

♦ Steering angle sender - G85- is a component of the steering rack.​

♦ It cannot be renewed as an individual part.​

♦ If the steering angle sender - G85- is defective, the steering rack must be renewed​
