Torx i knew about but if you use a plastic wedge, ie bicycle tyre levers and then from the outside you can push the clips back with a slotted screwdriver. Woohoo
 
3d printer hinges for my bed bases. Having a printer is an absolute game changer whilst converting the van. From packers to hinges and even the odd router jig, makes life so much easier and sometimes quicker. A reasonable expense to outlay, but has paid for a chunk of it already with these hinges!

What 3d printer do you have? Do you do the designs yourself or download the template files from somewhere?
 
Re: diesel heater, did you put it under the driver seat and have you taken the fuel from the tank with the clip on connector mentioned in another post? Yer van’s looking good btw 😊
