Cab Headliners

Hey

I’ve just got my secondhand man Tge van for conversion. It’s a bottom of the range ex works van - MWB, high roof.

It hasn’t got the high roof headliner, I don’t think. It certainly doesn’t have the pockets at the front over the sun visors. I’m not sure how far away from the roof it is until I remove the bulkhead.

I suspect for us bog standard men it’s just the regular height van headliner in the high roof van.

Anyone any idea where I could get a headliner? All the shelves and cupboards are made around the high roof headliner.

This is one way of sorting it, just reuse the bulkhead…

This isn’t my fix, just a solution another blokes come to for the same problem. I think I’m going to do this though

christ that's a lot of effort and cost...I was just goingbto hammerite it grey...lol..
The pillar etc around there has already been done, not going to take it all off just to please the wifey

But it looks much less like a courier's van.

Well I may have a result, I messaged the guy on YouTube.. 25mm heat shrink..so I Googled and went into a rabbit hole..and came out with heat shrink for fishing rods and other sporting shit...
2 to1 shrink rate, so I got 25 and 28 mm. Hope it works
