Barn door manual lock/unlock

inside the rear door (drivers side) there’s a long cable that lets you manually lock and unlock the door (so long as the door doesn’t have any pretty plywood).
Does anyone know of any handles available that attach to this so there’s a sensible way of operating it when in the van?

i made mine my self using a metal handle from a reclining sofa easily accessible from the bed
