Weight limit

The furniture is built of Morland ply, the rear seat is a genuine TGE double front which is heavy and the electric bed is Lippert Projrct 2000 System which does add to the weight. We had a two burner hob, oven /grill. microwave, 80 liter fridge. under slung gas tank, under slung fresh & waste tanks, full length awning, sliding fly screen in sliding door, etc. installed.
Did you totally cover the inside surfaces with sound deadening mat or just a square on each panel?
I’m not sure how much difference that really makes (both in weight and sound insulation), but those boxes of matting sure do weigh a fair bit.

I can't answer that as I didn't see at that point of the conversion but I can ask the gent who did it.

When we first had the van and it was open to the rear both myself ans Mrs R commented on how surprised how little noise there was from the load area. For those who know my past history of conversions you will know that I have had a number of vans in a pre-conversion condition. Now it is converted there are a few rattles from the conversion items to be attended to but otherwise it's quiet enough
