Victron Smartsolar MPPT charger

I seem to have a dead MPPT charger:

No LED lights lit on the unit

I can see the unit in the Victron App, it will attempt to connect, but fails when trying to download data

There is 12.76v showing at the Battery input at the Victron Charger

Tried disconnecting and reconnecting connection - no change

I am assuming the unit has failed?

Sorry can't help....but I had big issues with leisure battery and victron set up.....my son eventually got it working by taking it to a victron dealer near Chester!!
Fingers xd..

Thanks for the response.

Swapped the MPPT charger to a spare unit, all good. So got a replacement Victron unit and fitted this afternoon. All working, fingers crossed this one last longer.
