Sliding Door extension

Good morning all,

I'm new to this forum, although I've been a long-standing member of the T6 forum.

I'm currently converting a 2026 MAN TGE MWB, which came with the factory-fitted extended sliding door roller. I've recently fitted ADV rear pods and an Adventura top-hung window in the sliding door, and everything clears nicely.

However, having now fitted the internal window blind, I've found that the clearance between the blind cassette and the ADV pod is a little too close for comfort.

I'm looking at options to gain a few extra millimetres of clearance, ideally without replacing the existing extended roller.

Has anyone successfully fitted a small spacer behind the sliding door roller mounting bracket, or added a tapered spacer behind the external sliding door runner rail to move the door slightly further out?

If so, did you fabricate your own spacers or purchase a commercially available solution?

I literally only need another 2 mm of clearance, so I'd be interested to hear what others have tried and whether there are any issues with door alignment or operation.

Many thanks in advance!
