Heated Front Windscreen

Anyone attempted to retrofit a heated front screen?
I’m getting the screen fitted next month and looking into the wiring/coding
Kufatec list a wiring loom but at £250 seems expensive

From experience wiring looms are expensive to research and make up in small quantities when labour and special connectors are costed. As for the coding, maybe VW Retrofits can advise.
