these are "official" camping places but not campsites. It is mostly people with land that they would rent out for 5 or 6 GBP + for a place on your own rather than campsites, very quite places.
Some paces you can get electric hookups and water. Most places will have water at the owners.
The place we went to (images below) is this place Kempuj bez kempu v místě Louka u Singltreku | bezKempu.cz that would be 5 gbp a night. No water, no electric but water at the lands owners was not an issue.
