Anyone managed to fit a step to a TGE?

At the sliding door or the rear doors?

If it's to the sliding door the diesel tank is in the way. It can be done but is still vulnerable to getting damaged as it's rather low.

There is the option of fitting the handle to the B pillar to assist entry and exit as I have done.

i ordered an electric fold out step, and then realised it couldn't be fitted. I know I should have checked underneath first.
The only solution I found is a side rail

Quick to install, even with a drivers side water tank fitted.

The converters of my MWB TGE fitted mine with an electric step. They fit manual as standard and allow you to pay extra for an electric version! Yes it does look low and vulnerable but I have been on and off ferries without a problem yet.

Nice but possibly more of a grounding problem on a LWB. I was advised not to fit one for that reason.
