Air con evaporator drain

Hi I’m after a bit of help please…this past weekend while on a trip up to Scotland I had the air con on and noticed water dripping (at times a steady stream of water ) down from the centre console and into the drivers foot well. After a little research I believe this could be a blocked evaporator drain. I’m struggling to find online or while checking the van where the drain is located to try and unblock.
Has anyone ever experienced this issue and managed to solve?
Appreciate any help or pointers?

Hi ,I had a similar issue with my new MWB crafter just 2 weeks after collection from VW garage...so what was discovered was the AC drain pipe was not fitted correctly to the outside of the bulkhead to drain externally instead it was into the passenger compartment so I had water coming in and also into the rear of the van and the front seats and carpet/ underlay had to be taken out and the whole area dried out,thankfully just before I started my conversion I noticed it..so best way to confirm is when the AC is on you should see water underneath the engine compartment just where the bulkhead bends towards the floor section and if you don't see water then the discharge pipe is on the wrong side the bulkhead into
