Hi there......just attempted taking our 3 and 6 yo grandsons in van. Very successful but now thinking that attachable awning would be better as they grow. Very difficult tracking down an awning that is high enough 260 cm and wide enough 310 cm for sliding door. Anybody successfully got one? Suggestions please?
We have the Isabella Air X-tension. There are three sizes of "tunnel" you can buy to connect the awning to the van - we use the biggest size ( can't remember the exact dimensions) but it works fine with our MAN TGE. The downside is that is pretty expensive, but build quality is superb. Took us a while to find, so I'm not sure how much choice there is with this size of van.
Is this suitable for grandchildren though
