Ad Blu warning engine shutdown

I have an Ad Blu warning that my engine will shut down in 600 miles. My adblu tank is full and local garage can find no faults on the computer check.
They put2 bottles of cleaner in my fuel tank and suggested giving it a good run to see if the fault remedied itself.
Their phone discussions with a MAN garage in Inverness wondered if their was possibly a software problem?
2019 Tge 3.14, 54K miles. I feel quite lost and not sure what to do to fix the problem... very frustrating.
Any thoughts?

Go to the VW T6 forum and do a search for "Adblue". This is a very common problem and I would imagine that the adblue system on a TGE/Crafter will be very similar if not identical to that of the T6/T6.1

thank you, I have done that and it seems to be a bit of a bag of worms, where there are conflicting opinions and suggestions. I am still confused and anxious

The main question is whether it really shuts the engine off or that it's just a really pesky warning. What are the recorded effects within the Transporter space?

If all else fails and working on the 'turn it off and back on again’ principal, if it was me I would disconnect the battery for half an hour or so then reconnect it in the hope that it would then recheck all its parameters and realise that it now has the correct amount of adblue.

Is there a view of the content of the AdBlue tank within the ECU? In % or in absolute?
What is the value shown?

yes, after a lot of opinions, investigations, analytics etc I took my Van to MAN Trucks in Bellshill Lanarkshire. They ran the tests and suggested that the DPF was a problem along with possibly the NOx and Oxygen sensors. Option 1 was replace @c£3K, option 2 was have the DPF cleaned to start with and reassess afterwards. Driveline Emmissions have just this morning pickedup my disassembled exhaust to "clean". They will report tomorrow. Watch this space. I am EXHAUSTed

Feedback from Driveline .... DPF is "extra thermed" (knackered).
Every cloud etc. But, I am not sure what that is yet.
Awaiting quotes for parts
