A quick tyre comparison against the size I run shows yours would be smaller in most aspects so should not foul anything (the factory tyre sizing allows for 235 so they are no wider than stock)
The largest size 16" I ever managed to get on the front without issue was 255/75/16 any taller than that and they foul the spring base and the plastic inner arch on one lock. The issues running bigger tyres are mainly speedo errors (my 225/65/16 are perfect at 0.5 mph under read) Burning out the clutch earlier on manual gearbox models (especially as most campers are run at the top end of permissable weight or well over) Flashy alloys being easy to damage (and expensive to fix) and finding tyres that are load rated for the vehicle (generally the lower the ratio the less they are rated to carry)
