Wiring under passenger seat

Finally getting round to fitting a b2b charger and whilst scooting around noticed these wires and connector
Is this( a) safe to unplug without annoying anything?
(b) is it an occupancy / airbag sensor type thing and finally
(c) what do folk do when fitting a swivel ? There appears to be enough wire to allow it to rotate depending on how the swivel um...swivels I'd rather it not get chopped though .

Red plug , goes to the left then back to centre

Brill thanks for that , I'll be mindful when I get to buying one ,I did plan on doing all together and stripping the front to sound proof it a bit but a trip in 2 days and half finnished power comes first
