Side door mid rail removel.

Hi, not sure if this has been asked.
Can you remove the mid rail on the side of the van without removing the door..
Thanks in advance for any feedback.

yes when i done mine i supported it with a length of timber and a trolly jack underneath it

Andy how far open did you have the door before removing the rail.

about 6 inchs open just enough to get the rail off the wheel but make sure its properly supported its a heavy door
