Replacement gear knob?

My manual gear lever has a plain rubber style knob which is fine but I’d like to upgrade to something a little less ‘commercial’.
I’m not after a bespoke resin 8 ball type of thing but perhaps something a little more elegant. Example shown



I’m bemused by the array on offer on Fleabay and haven’t a clue as to what might fit and be an easy swap.

Can someone point me to an easy swap please?
