2018 Crafter 2.0 140 - 90k miles

Background - about a week ago it was running very ruough. I think one cylinder was doing nothing.
A local garage fitted a genuine reconditioned Delphi injector 28654963
The van has been running as in video since collection.
The garage has posposed fitting another injector.
I am sceptical.
I understand from speaking to another garage (who seems to be very knowledgable) that at 90k he is surprised that the injector part of the injector has failed but said that the electronic part could have failed. He will do a diagnosis for £100+VAT. I did not mention other garage fitting an injector.
Irrespective of what his diagnosis reports it gets messy going to a second garage to continue repairs.
Is there anything that the first garage may have done incorrectly - eg not doing injector adaption?
Or, could there be some other issue that is not another faulty injector?
