Engine Coolant Temp Sensor 3 (P01E6 code)

Hi folks!
New here - been building a Campervan from a Cat-S Crafter for a year or so.
Been on the road fine since October and now the engine seems to get really hot (oil temp normal, temp gauge showing 90 degrees as normal). I’m getting an error code P01E6 which seems to relate to the engine block temperature sensor but I can’t find a part or a diagram showing where this is. Does anyone know where it is on the van?

Some more details would be helpful as Crafters have 23 different engines - transverse, inline, etc. - the exact engine code would be useful.
