Vcds diagnostic engine malfunction help!

Hi everyone. 2018 crafter here, I recently had my cam belt and camshaft pulley changed. on completion I had a strange whistling noise, (almost like a boost leak) so I ran a vcds scan on my crafter and for the life of me I can’t figure out what this error code is. I’ve tried to research this to the best of my ability and now just hit a wall, from Google I’m getting that it’s a Pcv valve? However I can’t seem to find this valve anywhere on my engine. Or is the ‘heater’ something else?

I’m looking forward to any input as I’m at a bit of a loss as to what is causing this error.

Are you sure the two are related?

Have you tried to see where the whistling is coming from? (Sorry if I’m stating the obvious)

Hi Tony, I’ve now fixed this, it was a split cable on the lower breather tube.

The whistling noise is still here so i no longer think these are related. I’m going to have a smoke boost test done to check for any leaks.
